These terms govern services provided by Whitney Digital LLC.
Engagements
Work begins once a written scope is agreed and the first invoice is settled. Scope changes are documented and priced before work continues.
Fees and billing
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work is billed against agreed milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Term and cancellation
Retainers run for an initial 90-day period, then month to month with 30 days written notice from either side.
Ownership
On full payment, you own all deliverables, source files, accounts and data created for you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to accounts, assets and approvals is required. Delays in these areas may shift agreed timelines.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
